I drank a cup of coffee. It might be the first time I've had a coffee in ten years. I asked the waitress for "tap water", and I think she misheard me, with my wacky Canadian accent. She brought be a "flat black" instead. Five heaping spoonfuls of sugar later, and I had moved to the dark side. For now.

Feb 13: Katoomba
It is foggy, and raining... Instead of long nature walks, we were relegated to wandering the streets of Katoomba, a tiny little tourist town in the heart of the Blue Mountains. We had a lovely afternoon, wandering the streets, taking it easy, and enjoying the scenery.
